That's a nice clean set up.

Someone was looking for a picture of a Centurian Arms C4 on a Kino.
I wanted to see one as well for my setup. I couldn't find one so I made one...

I'll post these here since they are relevant to the thread. I was able to strech one of my 12.5's out to 370yds last month, though I only shot three rounds it still gave me a good indication of its capabilities.
I should note that I fired two rounds one day with a 10-12 mph full value south wind and one round the next day with a 16mph full value north wind.
My first shot of the second day spun the plate around and knocked it over so that was that since I had other things to do.

How I shot.

The 18'' plate. The green circles is what I shot with the 12.5. Ammo was Prvi 75gr OTM match.. So I hit it two out of three times.

Don't underestimate what your 12.5 will do.

DD 12.5 on Spike's upper. Runs great and hits better than I can aim.

That's damn impressive. Wonder what the velocity would be at that point though. But outstanding shooting, way better than what I can do at the moment.

I am a average shooter at best and that's on a good day. The main point of my post was to verify that you can indeed stretch the distance on a SBR and you don't need a magnified optic to shoot past 100yds.
According to my ballistic app M855 should still have about 2100fps out of a slightly longer barrel. I need to plug the data in on the 75gr stuff. Either way I wouldn't want to be hit by it. I don't like holes in my body.

Finally got my 12.5 together. Specs are:

Colt 6920 lower
Magpul MOE stock and grip
Accurate Armory upper
Daniel Defense 12.5" lightweight CHF barrel
Daniel Defense 9.5FSP M4 rail
Daniel Defense BCG
Trijicon TA33GH in a Larue mount
Troy flip BUIS
Surefire G2 LED in a Gear Sector mount
Blue Force Gear sling with Midwest Industries rail mount

The upper was assembled by Keith Pitts at Accurate Armory, and I highly recommend him.

For you guys running an Ops Inc system on your 12.5" guns, how is the concussion from the brake? I know that they make a flash hider version and Smith Enterprises makes a Vortex that is compatible, so I am trying to figure out if it is worth the effort to track one of those down for my build (which would probably be a huge bitch).

Thanks!

Spikes makes several ops inc compatible comps and flash hiders, they are nice.

The OPS brake is very loud and should be covered with a can if you're not at the range.
