My three contributions to the AR realm (yes the MK18 and the more modern 12.5 are sharing a lower...for now)

Swapped the EOTech 516 to another rifle as it was a bit top heavy on this tiny carbine.

Found a Colt HRT upper complete/unfired locally for a great price, and put it on a spare SBR lower i had, and going to try an LPVO with this one. Hopefully try it out this weekend.  Just put this together today.

ETA: 10/11 - Took this up to the mountain to play around at camp while hunting.  We ended up putting 200 rounds thru it. Target was set up at 75 yards and we could all consistently put everything within a couple inches of the bullseye.  Also had a steel gong set up at that range and those were boringly consistent hits.  We were all disappointed when I ran out of ammo. Super fun little gun to shoot and well balanced.  Strike eagle (new version) is easy to use and clear on 6x.  Ejects at 4:00 with all the ammo we tried (3 different kinds).
So I have this one and my "Heat" clone, both 11.5" barrels.  Along with my FBI clone...also 11.5" barrel.  The Heat gun is just a C7 upper, so no optics, the FBI has a red dot, and this one has the scope.  They are all excellent in their own way and each one is a blast to shoot.
We also had my 4" AR22 (with suppressor inside handguard) and after shooting the new 6933, I came home and ordered parts to make a "HEAT" version of my AR22.  Going to have to have the barrel shortened...already contacted John at Retro Arms...I'll post pics of that one when it's done...

When Neil is dragging Chris, it looks like an A2 grip. Hard to see though and all the other times, his hand is on the grip.

a2 grip is probably correct for that time period 733 but they used a delta ring and not a slip ring

my heat clone is one of my favorite blasters

since those pics i've changed out the crush washer for peel washers behind the a2 , peel washers would be correct for a heat gun

I just like A1 grips better. Think they look better too.

I'm in that handful as well... I think it's because that's what I trained with.  Who knows?  I have 16 ARs some "retro" and some "tricked out", but everyone of them has an A2 grip.

My current favorite setup, 14.5” with my recently approved Surefire SOCOM Mini. Spike’s upper and lower with a Colt M4A1 barrel. Love the can so far.

Not really.
Always wanted one for no real reason other than "Why not"
Traded a buddy a VZ24 with a trashed barrel for something dumb, sat on it for 10 years and finally did an eForm 1.

I thought about that, but most Mil-surp 8mm is corrosive, and I don't want to deal with that through my cans.
Plus, this thing has only cost me a tax stamp and engraving; it was cut with a chop saw, and crowned with an aviation countersink at work.

Besides... it's more fun loud and fiery.

Agreed. That's a fella a man could make friends with for sure!

@Cowbell

How does the 6943 like the S5?  My 6933 needed an adjustable gb to cycle correctly, waaay too gassy with my S5.
