That looks great! I just sent a 14.5" barrel with FSB to them to be cut to 10.3". Looks like I'll be happy with the results. Have you shot it yet?

Honey I Shrunk the M16!

The top one isn't an SBR just a 16" Dissy with the same A2 Entry stock. (Mid length gas, rifle length handguards)

The bottom is the SBR, Bushmaster C7 upper, Adco 10.3" barrel, and Carbine length triangle handguards from PkFirearms.  It has a Troy Claymore on it right now, but I will most likely swap it out for something smaller profile.

I'm waiting on 3 more Form 1s...  Hopefully soon - two more short AR rifles and finally snubbing up the Tommy Gun.

Nice Stick, Got a question for you... I just ordered the KAC RAS and foregrip from KAC for a build.  It only come with the 3 full length rail panels, what size are the two rail panels on the bottom with the grip?  Instead of cutting a barrel down, I got a deal on the PSA premium upper with the FN CHF 10.5 barrel a while back.

I'd let HD2006 respond as well, but I just fitted a couple panels to be able to work with the VFG installed. The combination is the VFG, a 2-rib panel, and some other panel cut down to just shorter than a 4-rib. Think of just cutting off the 4th rib. So it's longer than what a 3-rib would be. See in his pic how there is about another .25" past the 3rd rib?

Edit: you'll see he's also utilizing a 9-rib to work with his sling mount.

That's exactly what I did.  You need to either trim a little off of a 4 rib panel or cut down a larger panel so that it's a bit shorter then a 4 rib.  Then you can use a 2 rib panel, then the VFG, then the trimmed panel behind it.

Yeah it is only rated to 8", but I figure if I stick to subs only it shouldn't be an issue.
