I had it done on the front of the magwell. Tom Sawyer did a really great job, you have to look really hard to even see it. |

I'm in the process of building a second SBR. Could you please tell me all of the upper receiver accesories (Rails, barrel, forearm) you used in the second picture? Thanks in advance! |

No problemo. It's a CMMG 11.5" upper, a PRI low profile gas block, MI midlength handguards, Gas buster charging handle, and I'm not sure what brand the rail dovers are but I bought them from Bravo Company.
Hope it helps. |

Beautiful pics, guys. Thanks!
Thanks to an archaic state law, I can only look at your pics and drool for now, but we are trying hard to repeal it... |

Yes, as gun-friendly as we are there is an old statute that specifically prohibits SBRs and SBSs... but select-fire, suppression, and AOWs are perfectly legal (with all the federal paperwork, of course). We have several legislators on-board to support its repeal but very few to really "spearhead" the effort, plus we've had a lot of legislative controversy (mostly fiscal) in recent years that has sidelined stuff like this. This last year was a good one for us, but we were put in the position of choosing to pursue Castle Doctrine or this -- getting both in one session just wasn't going to happen -- and most of us felt that Castle Doctrine was the more important and widely effective of the two. (It passed. ) Sorry for the mini-hijack... back to the pretty pictures. |

M499, that is the PERFECT SBR IMO. Simple, pretty, effective. Damn. That is really sweet. I loved all the other pics as well - really nice weapons, I had no idea you could design an SBR so many ways, but yours is my fav. Just everything a guy needs in a basic package...
