THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT Sheriff signed in the spot on the front that is supposed to be used by the ATF to approve or deny. The company that I am buying the suppressor from is 3 hours away..... Do I need to get new forms with fresh signatures all the way around, or send it in and let the ATF decide? When I spoke with the Sheriff he made it sound like he had done this before and asked me to just drop them off instead of wait for him...now I know, should have waited all day if need be. Damn....what do you guys think? |

I'd redo it. Have the FFL mail the forms to you.

Post-it makes little flags for "Sign Here" with an arrow. Often used by banks and real estate offices when sending documents for signatures.
Could be useful... |

He signed in all the right spots I had highlighted...just added the signature on the front to go along with it..
Damn....I had the checkbook out and a nice new envelope...ready to go to the post office in the morning. Oh well. |

Start Over is the best thing to do. I would wait on them this time just because he messed up the last ones.
