THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
I lived in Houston when I had my trust drawn up, and when I mailed in the Form 1 for a receiver. It was approved and I received it back from the ATF about 3 days before I moved to Ft Worth.

Now I'm ready to have the receiver engraved. Do I still get Houston put on the side since it says that on the Form 1? Do I get Ft Worth put on the side since that's where I am now that I'm making the SBR?

There is no address listed on my trust.
The NFA's days are numbered. One day I will walk out of a gun show with a new machine gun in my hands. No tax. No wait. Present CHL. Hand over cash. Fill out a 4473. And leave.

I'd call your branch office, but I believe you have to notify the ATF whenever you move with registered items.

Then don't put one. You might move again.

I would put Houston. It is what the Form reflects.

When you move instate there is no requirment to notify the ATF. You can tell them if you want to but do not have to.

When move state to state you must have an approved 5320.20 before you can take the item out of state.
