I just installed this trigger in my Remington 308 5R and it was really easy to do. All I can say about this trigger is WOW. This has to be the best trigger I have ever felt. I got it for 215.00 shipped from GreatScottShooters. It just took 3 days to get it. Great guy to deal with. The factory setting was perfect. I do agree though that Jewell should mark the extra springs some how. I consider this one of the best investment I have made toward improvements of my rifle.

I have a Jewell in my AR and I really like it. I have had it in 2 different lowers for about 10 years and I have had 0 issues with it. I have a cheap 2oz Shillen ( I think) trigger in my R700 and it has worked well for me.

Jewell here too! I have Chip McCormick and Geiselle's in my ARs but the Jewell in my 700 is by far the best! I went from a little over an inch to an average of half inch groups at one hundred yards just by changing the trigger. Now all I need is a better stock.

That's a really nice looking rig ranger. I mulled over spending that kind of money on that particular trigger against getting one that cost less for about a month. I'm glad I did now. The X mark Pro trigger Remmy is using now I really dislike. Now that it is out, I'm going to take it apart and see how well I can tune it. I have to decide what rifle I'm getting next within the price range my wife gave me for my birthday. I was going to get a 260 but that means getting brass, powder, bullets and dies for it. I also looked at .17 HMRs but it only cost a .01 more to load 223s and I have a ton of 223 brass with match primers, powder, bullets and dies already. I looked at a remmy and savage. I think I'm going with a savage I think. Here's what I'm looking at

or

http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/36_62_974/products_id/78350

I think I like the first one better because of the stock unless you guys know of one better than those in the same price range

I have a Jewell set at 2.5lbs in my Hospitaller from GA Precision. Very nice. I will most likely put one in my Rem 5r too.
