Savage 338 110 FCP HS









Bottom metal and magazine removed and filled, rechambered stock barrel, other mods to the stock, weight is right at 25lbs, finished in desert tan.
Farrell 20MOA base and rings, Nightforce scope.
Shooting 300gr Scenars.

Thats some serous money you have in that glass I have one nightforce scope for my .50 rifle the rest are Trijicon or Vortex, couldnt justify having a scope worth twice the value of the rifle lol

Not sure if these qualify as long range rifles, but they do get shot out to 500 yards frequently on our 850 yards of prairie dog city.
Anyways, here are the rifles.

Hardly worthy of being on here but here is my first rifle. Mossberg 100atr, deffinately not a target gun but it can put down the hogs so it does what I need it to.

You don't need to spend $1000's on a gun for it to be a precision gun. That looks pretty good!

Best 5 shot group thus far with factory ammo (Hornady Superformance 178g) is .631", that was before a bedding job and a scope change. Haven't got to the range to give it another try yet.

here is my current stick
savage 11 hog hunter in 223. i just mounted the glass today, its a nikon m223 3-12x42 with the nikoplex reticle, weaver tactical 20moa base, warne rings, bell and carlson stock, cheap 10 dollar allen stock pack/ cheek rest. the a2 flash hider is only temporary while i wait for a yhm qd to come in for my suppressor.

Special run Stiller action with built in 20MOA rail, Krieger 24" 6.5 Creedmoor barrel in AX AICS chassis. Scope is an IOR 4-16x50 FFP –– if you look closely you can see the zero stop is in place on the elevation knob...
