[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone removed a PSA M-Lok rail?

This is on a 9mm upper, so there's no gas system to worry about. I noted set screws on both sides of the rail, plus Allen screws. There is also a part that appears to align the top of the rail with the receiver rail. Any insights are appreciated. Thanks!
