Contemplating a side gig of gun smithing. Ive read the post on what tools are needed.

My question is, in yall's opinion, what the best reference/reading material that will get me headed in the right direction.

I know there are tons of books out there, but like my tools, I want the best I can afford.

Books only supplement talent and experience. They don't create it. While I have a lot of very old gunsmithing books for their sometimes lost to time techniques; the only book I use often is the Machinist Handbook.
