I'm finishing an 80% ar lower and I believe the holes for the hammer and trigger pins may be slightly skewed and slightly bigger than the pin (Pin falls straight through.) Is the lower trashed? Can it / should it be used or should I just trash it and start over? How forgiving are the tolerances in the FCG pocket?

If too big go to Colt large pins.

Another fix for out of spec holes is a drop in fire control group like the chip McCormick or Timney.

Cerakote it, the finish should reduce the hole diameter enough.
