Wondering if any problem will arise. Mistakenly torqued the screws holding my scope base to the receiver. 35 inch pounds instead of 20. Mostly no reason to ever remove it again.

I would not worry about it
we torqued screws over 2x the spec in error and nothing ever has happened except that they took more effort to loosen them after flight than we expected.

I would bet that since most folks don't own a torque wrench, the vast majority are over torqued. I know all of mine were when I was younger!

I wouldn't give it another thought.
