What is the process to install  a AR45 DI upper on a Quarter circle large frame Lower that uses Glock or other than Grease Gun magazines   ?

You may have to have the bolt carrier modified a bit if it hasn't already been cleared for Glock mags.  Maybe not.
You may also want to round the leading edge of the mag followers so that the bolt won't snag during ejection after firing the last round.
