I have a Burris Fullfield 3x7 compact on mine. Looks good and works great for shooting small targets at range.

Leupold 2.5x Ultralight.
Or the Weaver 1x-3x variable. Both are super short and lightweight. |

I have the "other" choice (Weaver 1-3x) on mine, and it works quite well, especially at about 1/2 the price of the ultralight Leupold (which sits on the Ruger No. 1). |

I'm feeling inadequate (optics-wise). I have a SRT integral 77/44 and run a Burris Fastfire III. I actually have a spare Burris Firefield somewhere...this thread has me thinking...
