Trying to remember, I know I used two different sockets, one for the 3 lug and one for the barrel nut. I think of the two, one was a 21mm and the other was an SAE, and one of the two was a deep well while the other was normal length. Both needed an extension. Sorry I'm not of any more help. Either way, they were pretty normal size sockets out of my automotive set. |

Has there been any activity with the supposed trigger pack swaps from CZ USA for those with the welded trigger pack? I thought their website said late summer back when I filled out the request on their website. I'm just curious if anyone has heard any updates?

Just looked at their website, and it hasn't been updated in months. Someone could probably make a couple bucks on the side doing a service of removing the welded screw and swapping in upgraded trigger parts. I'd consider it myself if I had any free time. |

I don't have a ton of rounds through it yet, but it seems solid. It sets the MRO in a comfortable position to use with the OEM stock (slightly higher than the irons). |

Lage skeleton style folding stock or Zhukov?
Lage gives it that G36 look, which isn't terrible. It appears the Zhukov would lower your face a little though, which is what I want with as low as these sights are. Any opinions? |

I went with the Lage because I like to keep subguns on the lighter side. I'm going to see if the stock profile works with a low profile red dot. If so I'll probably keep it. If not then I'm going to try out the Zhukov. |

Anyone know if the silencerco hybrid will fit inside the stock carbine handguard? I'm thinking of picking up the 16" carbine and getting the barrel cut and re-threaded after the SBR process. I'm AD military so I want to wait until I get out before dealing with owning an SBR and getting PCS'ed every two years.. The pictures above were my inspiration. Any other issues with this plan?
ETA: The diameter of the hybrid is 1.565" |

ETA: The diameter of the hybrid is 1.565" View Quote The Hybrid is too wide. The inside of the carbine handguard will accept a suppressor with a diameter of 1.55 inches. No idea if there is enough give/flex in the handguard to allow the extra hundredths of an inch or not, but polymer contact with a hot can does not strike me as a good idea... Sucks cause I was looking at a Hybrid for an SBR with the carbine handguard also. |

I reload and this was happening in the first 1000 rounds, but it stopped after that not sure why just letting you know. If low round count maybe it will get better. I still get one with case deformation once in a while but not as bad as when I first started. |

View Quote I really like the Side Project LINK Zhukov stock adapter. Can anyone tell me: - Is it longer than the factory folding stock? - Does it lock when folded? - Can the Scorpion SBR be fired when the stock is folded? |

When I asked the SideProject folks what to enter on my Form 1, they said "The OAL with stock fully extended is 26.5" (naked muzzle)." 2) It has a detent that holds it in the folded position, a simple tug releases it. It locks open with a very solid metal latch. 3) Yes it can. Bob S. |

Thanks for the info on the Side Project Zhukov stock, im running a MepRO on mine so the slightly higher cheek comb should work perfectly. Guess I'll be selling the cz stock when I get it.

I got a bunch of questions regarding the OAL of the gun when I posted the video. If you run this setup here's the dimensions for your Form 1's:
OAL folded: 21.5" OAL extended and fully collapsed: 28.5" |

Hey Guys, i had purchased an FDE CZ Scorpion but the dealer informed me they had incorrect inventory and did not have the gun. This was a few weeks but I had moved on and made some other buys but I am ready now to get my scorpion. I actually just want black now. Who has the best price right now on a black scorpion 2016 model? Thanks in advance

So, less than $780 to your FFL. There are a couple of vendors on gunbroker listing them for a bit cheaper. But after shipping (and for some, 3% credit card fees), they usually come out to around $800. |
