Who's the go to company for getting a 9mm upper?  looking for nothing special, just a 16' barrel and a flay top receiver.  do all em need the 9mm hammer and buffer?  hahn block the one to usee in the lower?

Looks like they advertise the upper coming with a CMMG ramped bolt, so no, a 9mm hammer would not be necessary.

You would need the 9mm buffer.
