hi
i have one since 2years and im pretty happy... +its a good quality, nice finish etc +its probably the most reliable smg ive shot so far, it takes from 95grain up to 158grain flat nose subsonic all with no malfunctions. +recoil is easy to control (but i have a mounted muzzlebreak on the 3 lug) for example the EVO3 has some kind of twist around the barrel axe while shooting which i dont like and with a mp5 the felt recoil is harder. +the trigger is like you said an ar15 trigger which is easy to change. +magazines are cheap compared to other smgs -what i dont like about the gun is that you cant change the pistolgrip, its one part with the complete lower. -the backup sights arent exactly what i would call high quality... i hope this helps. |

Before I order my APC9, the cheapest price I'm seeing is at G&R Tactical.
Anyone else have a go to B&T dealer? |

The package was less expensive than getting the aimpoint and APC separately last time I looked. DT is also a B&T dealer. |

Thanks to you both above.
I bought an APC9 with the brace. Can I join the club? G&R Tactical still worked out cheaper for me with the brace package deal. A 3-Lug MK9K will eventually live on it. With any luck, it will be here next week. |

Somewhat upset about the GMH9 redesign and delay. I like the top cocker although I would prefer a larger knob.
Oh well, I suppose the delay will give gear head works time to come up with a Tailhook brace for B&T guns. I still intend to get a GMH9 if only because I wrote a story with a gun in it that is basically a GMH9 chambered in 10mm before I even knew of the existence of the GMH9. |

I wonder if one of you gents with a P26 might have the ability to measure the ID of the receiver around the barrel? I'm curious how large a tube could fit under there around the barrel.
Thanks! Mike Smith/AAC SilentMike |

Personal, for now. With so few P26's imported, there won't be a business case for Big Green. But I'll share what come up with :). Small, esoteric, specialty projects are my passion.

Just got a look at my P26. I was very impressed to see that the knurled thread protector is dead-on 15mm diameter; perfect for use with a spring loaded 3-lug silencer adapter and/or flash hider. Most knurled thread protectors on MP-5's and clones are over 15mm and will interfere with most three-lug silencer mounts, necessitating the purchase of a smooth, 15mm thread protector. It is really nice to see a manufacturer sweat the small details like this!

I am on the verge of having al the funds ready to go for a purchase and I can't decide between APC 9, APC 45, or the P26. I know the P26 is half the price and I could pull the trigger on that today if I so desired. I jut want to make sure I am going to enjoy the gun.

I already have THAT bag. I wasn't clear I am looking for a domestic retailer for this: Attached File Also, FUCK YEAH for those TP9 owners who have been blown off by suppressor manufacturers when all they wanted to do was make a non-NFA TP9 carbine with their 3 lug barrel (All I need is the adapter): Blast Deflector Muzzle Attachment Attached File |

Hmm, apparently the bag is designed for concealed firing. Quoting from the B&T catalog "Discreet carry & firing bag - This cleverly designed bag appears to be a normal laptop bag from the outside. In reality it is an actual firing platform that enables the operator to shoot the MP9-N with the suppressor and brass catcher mounted without having to remove it from the bag. It is ideal for close protection, surveillance and undercover operations"
In another words, AOW. |

How's the charging effort on the APC9? I'm referring to when the hammer has been release and you need to charge the weapon for the first time. I find the Z5-P to have a really high effort, high enough that my wife cannot charge it so that means she doesn't like to shoot it.

It is easier than the MP5 by a good bit in my opinion. You can switch the charging handle from right to left etc also if you want. |
