I'm wondering if anyone has one of the dedicated Lone Wolf 9mm ARs and what you think of it? Is it reliable?

I have 2. I love them. I haven't had a single issue in about 8-900 rounds

Is it any easier to clean the chamber than a regular AR?

Is it a blowback or a gas operated design? I can't seem to find the info on their website.

Their blowback and simply awsome. Mine has been flawless right out of the gate. It is so sweet I know have a 357 sig upper on order from them. In case anyone didn't know they are now accepting Pre-orders for their new 357 sig, 40 S&W and 45 Gap uppers that drop right on the G9 lower. A 357 sig AR has always been my dream gun and now it's a reality... The fact that they use Glock mags is sweet already owning 18 different Glocks I have mags out the wazoo. The blow back is very easy to clean. If you have any questions, technical or otherwise give Zack at LW a call. Their customer service is awsome also.

I'm trying to decide between the Beretta and the CX4 Storm. All said and done they are not that far off in price to start. The Storm has in my mind the benefit of being shorter and also being designed from the ground up to be a PCC where the Lonewolf is a modified AR. The Lonewolf takes Glock mags which I have a bunch of already so for a 3 gun match it would be awesome sauce but I've heard so many horror stories about 9mm ARs that are blowback not really working right so  I literally cannot make up my mind...

There have been a few members here that got out of spec lowers that they had to work on to get running.  DDLES makes a GLOCK mag 9mm AR lower that is getting RAVE reviews.

Stuff like this does not give me the warm and fuzzies about 9mm ARs. Also the Double Diamond is even more money than the Lone Wolf.

Lone Wolf had a few first run issues that everybody has, but beleive me they got that all taken care of and the blowback desige runs fantastic. Cant wait to get my 357 sig upper and as already stated my 9mm has been excellent right from the start. I built a second upper for the 9mm with a Rock River  barrel which has also ran perfect on their lower. It really is a sweet carbine. Wish you could take mine out back on my range and see for yourself....

AK74play what sort of accuracy are you getting out of your gun?

With the LWD barrel and a Burris FF2 on it at 50 yards I can make one really nasty hole really fast, but the Rock river barrel groups tighter. It also has a scope on it so that may not be a fair comparison. I have not even attempted to fire either one past 50 yards yet, Just been waisting a bunch of cheap ammo having fun with it. I just love the way it runs. Maybe this weekend I'll take the time to run it out to 100 yrds and see what it will do with some decent ammo. I am running an A1 stock with a 2X power spring and a 9Q stainless buffer and that makes it run smooth as glass. Almost feels like shooting a 22. Thats stretching it a bit but really smooths it out.

The fact that I already have a dozen or so glock mags is really leaning me towards the 9mm AR vs the Beretta.

I personally don't know anything aboput the Beretta, but I do know you can't go wrong with the G9.
