Page ownage.
Mini/micro 9mm Mac10
Surprisingly accurate, extremely reliable and built like a little Tank.

9'' OAL folded, 16 3/8'' unfolded, without blast forwarder. Weighs just under 5 pounds as pictured. Did I mention it's teeny tiny?

If I were to own a KRISS, this is almost exactly what I would do (different VFG, though).  How much was the total?

Beautiful gun!! But with so much invested you are already in the B&T territory price wise

@Seven-Shooter

That setup is right around $1850 as you see it; I still need to figure out a sling arrangement for it, I'll update the images when I find a solution.  I've used quite a few different VFG's, but I always seem to migrate right back to the KAC.  Old guys, we're resistant to change...

Hardly... unless there are APC’s to be had for under $900? I’m into this Stribog for $890 without the tax stamp.

The Stribog looks nicer, IMO, reminds me of the KAC PDW. Very nice looking gun! I have been looking for a Scorpion but I might like the Stribog better, need to look into it I guess.

For what it’s worth, I have both - I think the Stribog carries and balances better. I love the scorpion, but if I had to choose only one, I’d go Stribog.

That looks great! Cant wait to pick mine up. How is the cheek weld with that stock? How do you like the stock sights in general? Might have to SBR mine now instead of keeping it a pistol. Thanks!

The cheek weld is great. Repeatable and easy to pick up the sights. It's a little tougher to find the pistol sights (blade) when the peep sights are folded down, but still doable. The peep sights are pretty low but I think they work well with the Stribog in rifle form. I'd like to find a riser low enough to allow me to cowitness an MRDS. I have a Vortex Viper laying around that would work well, but the stock mount is about 1/4" too high to cowitness.

Thanks. I have decided on a Stribog.
I love the looks of the Stribog and the price is very reasonable. All the information I am seeing shows them to be very reliable and soft shooting also.
I have been waiting for a reasonably priced Scorpion to be in stock but had no luck, glad I waited now. I originally thought the Stribog was similar in price to B&T and had a reciprocating handle, so I had not really considered it. I'm sure B&Ts are fine weapons but they are more than I am interested in spending. I appreciate a nice gun but I appreciate an equally capable gun that costs half as much, much more . The Stribog seems to be an excellent gun at an excellent price and now it has a non reciprocating handle.

Gotta form 1 that baby. But the real dilemma is this: fixed A2 stock or collapsible stock or B&T stock?

I have the B&T on my MP5.  I originally had the A3 retractable but it cut into my cheek multiple times during cold weather training.  The B&T provides all the benefits of the A2 while still being able to fold for storage.

This is the real question I keep going back and forth on. A2 and a Tropical Forearm are such a classic look. Same with swapping in the A3 collapsible but at the cost of worse cheekweld for a cooler look.

Then the B&T is up there as a best of both worlds. Just seems like it's missing some of that old school 80s looks with the B&T folder.

I go through the same dilemma of using the KAC rail vs the wide Tropical forearm.

The real arfcom answer is to buy them all and swap out as you feel you want a different look or feel.

Thats the only correct answer.

I did my eform 1, and sent the prints today, so I still have time to decide.  I've got the B&T folder for my APC9, and honestly I'm not that smitten.  It's more comfortable than the collapsable, but not near the A2.  I'll probably have to go with the A3 collapsable, just because 80's action movies.

If it helps, I went tropical forearm and A2 stock and love the lines. Definitely my first choice.

But I'm thinking of getting a B&T stock and MLOK type rail also. I never liked the look of the A3 stock but I do really like the A1. But I know that it's not going to be nearly as comfortable as the A2.

I was mounting the scope to see where it needed to be positioned with the intention of removing the rear sight when I realized the rear sight is barely noticeable at the very bottom of the scope.

I'm two weeks in on the wait for my eform 1.  Got the 922r parts all installed, swapped the trigger housing for an FBI , and ambi selectors, and picked up a couple of factory magazine couplers.  Hopefully I get to add a proper stock before the end of the month.

How much is that B&T stock? I thought that was the most expensive item after the gun itself, thinking of getting one and SBRing like yours.

Both are form 1 SBRs.  I’ve had the JRC stamp for two years and just assembled it today.  The AR is a Macon armory DI upper, mag, and Magwell block.

Looks better in hand than it does online or in a magazine, it seems.

Do you have some good images of the mechanism?  How well does it shoot?  How well does it seem to work?

There are some great YouTube videos of the internals.  I would suggest that you check those if you get a chance.  Shoots great there is some more details in the LWRC thread.  Suppressed was excellent.  So far so good.  Very few rounds through it though.

There's just something so right about how that sort of build looks with the mag externally the same as USGI size.
