Bought one this past week for my oldest to use deer hunting this year.  Occasionally it will not fire, due to the lever safety not engaging, this happens whether whoever is cycling the thing.  I tried squeezing it harder and it does nothing.  I have to lower the lever 1/3 of the way, re-close the action before it will work.  He might be cycling a bit soft but I know I'm not.

Any suggestions?  I am not opposed to sending it back for repair if needed, I'd just hate to do it if it's simple.
