Is it an Angle Eject model?

The Big Bore model was thicker, that's all.

Angle Eject Big Bore might have a slightly larger receiver ring than the .30-30 model, but the rear is the same base. You might check with Weaver, or somebody else that still makes bases.

Not that many were sold, as the .307/.356 were ideas better suited for 1932, not 1982. Still, both are wonderful rounds and deserved better.
