Happy with Hikvision quality just looking for a distribution approved for US Just fyi, getting a password reset on US distribution Hikvision is still a major PITA. They make it sound painless on their website but when the rubber meets the road they wanted a LOT of info from me. I felt like the next email was going to ask for my wife's panty/bra sizes and possibly even a picture of her. |

Nelly's security house brand cameras are rebranded Hikvision. All support is then through Nelly's. I've used their CS a couple times and was always very responsive and helpful.
