For POE cables you want to make sure the cables are solid copper and not CCA (copper clad aluminum). It can be very hard to find solid copper wiring, but CCA isn't rated to transmit some of the power levels needed for POE applications.

The description for the cable you sent says it is pure copper, so as long as that is true you are good to go.
