Hello,

I went to a house where the contractor had redone the whole house, in this, he added ceiling speakers as well as in wall speakers that were controlled with his phone using some type of "controller" in the wall where you could raise the volume up or down and select if you wanted to use apple tv or other connection, giving you independence in every room as every room had its own one.

Any idea the brand of this? the controller can be seen far away in this picture next to the door the first on top to bottom.

Here

Any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Logitech makes a universal remote that can use an app.  Usually it is a hub that connects RF led's to your av equipment.  Other companies make similar.  Sonos is also a company that makes wireless speakers that use a hub to create it's own network.  You use an app to control it.  I don't know if you can control other AV equipment or not with it.
