Anyone see this being a problem in terms of structural integrity of the safe?

I got 4 ammo cans right now on top my fireproof safe... they r full; dont see no issue with it.

If you are worried about some ammo cans on top of a safe, you need a different safe.

It depends on the "safe".  Some are a bit more flimsy than others.

I once had 22,000 124gr 9mm bullets(389lbs worth) stored on the top of my safe for 2+ years and it didn't seem to matter.

as long as the ammo isn't stacked taller than the safe itself you should be fine.

Even then i wouldnt worry about the safe, just the risk of it falling on someone.

If ammo cans on top of a safe cause damage it probably is a storage locker, not a safe.
