Anyone seen these in person?  From the photos and videos, they look promising.  Wish they had some kind of simple lock though, even if just to keep kids from having easy access.

Clever but no locking device. Maybe the mag locks from the furniture guy would be a good addition.

At this point it would be a tactical humidor in my house.

Hiding the safe can be as effective as locking it.  I'd mainly want a locking feature to keep kids out.  According to their Facebook page, locking covert covers are in the works.

I plan to use some relatively inexpensive gun lockers with quick combo locks and build them into a wall when we remodel our master bedroom/wlk in closet. Using the same idea for a concealment, the gun lockers would be behind a large mirror. Digital combos would allow for quick access and the lockers would be securely bolted into frames inside the wall. It'll take a foot off one side wall in the closet, but it will be worth it. There will also be a fireproof safe for documents concealed in the same fashion.

How will you rig up the mirror?

I think there was a thread in the past couple of months where someone built something like that.

Could be good to hide your tactical vintage porn collection too.

Looks like the locking covers are available now.

Looks like the locking model has been released.

$425 is pretty steep but they have a 7% MIL/LEO discount. I wonder how cheap it would be to just build one.

It would be nice if offered something other than a mirror, like a shelving unit or a picture of some sort. The mirror would look out of place in most areas of my house.

My understanding is that it is common for residential burglars to flip the mattress, empty all draws, check the entire closet, and pull everything off of the walls.  I don't really think this would hide stuff very long. Perhaps if in the bathroom or kitchen.
