I just got mine today, lifter works with existing charging handle. I wish they had sold it separate because I like the existing charging handle so
the Next Level Armament ch is going in my parts bin, $90 for no slop, the only reason I bought it.

The MCX charging handles are now out to testers. They are same design with lifter block, so prolly not long before they are available to the public.
