I am waiting for my tax stamp to come back on my Sig MPX SBR.

I am just curious about the best trigger options for this gun. I would like to get the lightest (to within reason) trigger that I could to enable faster fire.

What are your opinions of the best triggers for this gun and purpose?

Thanks!

Franklin Armory BFS.   Suppressed MPX in Binary mode is so freakin fun... Just make sure you have lots of 147gr.

The MPX is destroying Geissele triggers at around 4k rounds.  After my SSA broke I put in a LaRue MBT trigger in and like it a lot and they still warranty it on the MPX (unlike Geissele)

I have a Hiperfire Hipertouch 24E,

https://www.hiperfire.com/product/hipertouch24e/

I forget where I got mine.   Its almost as good as a Geissele, but the geometry makes it not susceptible to the bolt slap which beats other triggers into submission

I sent a message to cmc and never heard back. I figured since I had a spare I'd use it. Guess I'll hold off.

I just put a Hypertouch 24C in mine. Incredibly better than the stock trigger. I've only shot about 150 rounds since I installed it, so I don't know about long term viability.

I have heard that about Geissele.

I called Geissele right after I bought my MPX and specifically asked about putting an SSA in it and they told me I was GTG.

I plan on doing my best to hold them to that if something happens to my SSA in my MPX.

2,134 rounds with the LaRue MBT in my MPX.  No problems so far.  No loose pins, no dents, no gouges, no failures to set off the primers, no cracks visible, no wear seen except the very top of the hammer has the finish worn where the bolt carrier group pushes against the hammer during the cycling of the firearm.

Geissele very publicly changed their position:

I really want to try Franklins BFS.
Not sure yet if I want to spend that much.

IMO a persons first word of honor should be their only word. Should I have any problems with my SD4K I'm expect Geissele to hold to that same integrity.

Unsure how many rounds the BFS II will last in the MPX....but it's gonna be a blast finding out.   Here is a vid of binary, no mag dumps...just doubles...really easy to keep both rounds in the center ring:  https://vimeo.com/183591577

I have a Larue in my MPX, but not enough rounds fired to give feedback on durability.

I can say that I have a Hyperfire 24C in an AR and it is an awesome trigger.   If they were $100 like the Larue goes on sale for, I'd buy a ton!

The Larue is outstanding at the sale price and still great at MSRP.  I favor the Geissele SDE slightly over Larue but like Hyperfire more than either as I prefer single stage and Hyperfire goes down to 2 lbs and is still very reliable.
