I got to test the early versions of this rifle. The 716LW. Apparently they're selling a version to the Canadian SOF.
Shot Show Sig Range Day – CANSOF Rifle 
This is the SIG submission to the Army CSASS. It's the MCX-MR (mid-range). Might there be a MCX-LR in the works? I heard rumors of this, but never even saw a prototype for it. SHOT Show SIG Range Day - CSASS Submission

Really digging the replaceable wear points around the gun. Smart design.
