My rifle came with the standard handguards and the plastic rails but I've been reading that those don't hold up well with a bi-pod. What are you guys using?

If you can add a rail the Gripod works nice.

I used a Harris #2R swivel stud adapter through one of the handguard rail holes.  Works great with a Harris bipod.

So buy a Troy rail. I know of one in the EE.
