I would have to pass on that one. It's tough enough to feed my 556R.

Looks good, but it appears from the photo it takes proprietary mags. How about a US version that takes AR-10 mags.

MSRP is an incredible 4.200$ as far as I can remember.
But retail prices already dropped to 3.600$

Mags are proprietary. I have not yet dared to look up what they will charge for one. But it's not gonna be a bargain. A 20-Round-Mag for the 551 sets you back 90$, so you get the idea.
I heavily doubt there will be a lower for AR10-Mags for this version. And even if, it probably will be the same price as a complete AR10...

Although I've been waiting for years for the 751 SAPR I have to oblige myself to wait and see for some accuracy results. I have a 551 and so far it is my favorite 5.56 carbine, but it is also far from being a precision tool.
The US-style 556 stock on the 751 is an indignity, no matter how ergonomic it may be, and the OEM-sights are an insult. Makes another 800$ for a senseful replacement. Plus some mags.
I can get almost two M1A Loaded or a NM and a ton of mags and ammo for the same price.

So, well, I'm impatient and indecisive.

I think I would pass on this one, for a bunch of other sig products.

There is potential in this prototype, but I'm not ready to put my money into one.

Uhh, I've just heard, that the MSRP for a 20-Round-Magazine is supposed to be 145$.

Rumour sais the swiss part of the Sig company  is broke, but for 145$ ... I'd rather spend my money on something else then.

You can get any type of mags you want. But there are some regulations about capacity in semiauto guns when it comes to hunting and sports.
