Looking for a good muzzle brake to go on my SIG-716. I have looked at JP Enterprizes JPTRE-324, Primary Weapons FSC30 Tactical and the Spike's Dynacomp. I would like to abate as much recoil as possible, side blast and muzzle flash are not really a concern. Which would be my best choice?

I like JP stuff, but any of those you listed would work well.

Probably not exactly what you are looking for but I just installed an AAC Brakeout on my 716. It is a hybrid muzzle brake and flash hider, but more importantly it is a quick connect mount for an AAC suppressor.



I will be trying it out at the range tomorrow and will let you know how it does as a Muzzle Brake.  
 

I got it out to the range today. The Brakeout helped reduce recoil on the 716 noticeably, but not what I would call drastically. I was able to see hit on steel targets at 450 yards through my accupoint 4x scope, so it wasn't jumping too bad. If maximum recoil reduction is your goal, then the Brakeout is not the best choice. If you are looking for a good suppressor mount that will give some recoil reducing benefit when the can is off then the Brakeout is the ticket.  
 

Good info, thanks.  The socialist republic of Hawaii doesn't allow suppressors (or high cap pistol mags or SBRs) but at least the weather is good...
