I have looked at the Sig 556 since they have come out everytime my local shop has had one, and always thought they were sweet. Here lately I had been looking at buying one since I had bought a couple of 1911's that I wanted and a couple of AR's, so I was pretty set on getting one. So a local shop, not the one that has always gotten my business but another has had one in stock for a month or two. Well two weeks ago I went in there and walked out with a 556 patrol and I love it. Not heavy to me since I have a Yugo Ak, AR in .308 and a piston 5.56 AR, but this thing is sweet. Now I am trying to work up some good accurate handloads for it if anyone has any input. I loaded some up and went shooting Thursday and the loads shot really accurate out of my AR, but shot completely different out of the Sig so I see I am going to have to tailor loads specifically for the Sig. Either way it still shot my Lake City ammo pretty damn good so I am hooked on this baby. Just snapped a few pics with my phone camera so not that great but still a thread is useless without pics lol...
