Now that is using top rail space!

Nice rifle there. Looks heavy. What does she weigh?

It is heavy for sure but not that bad with a 10 round magazine, the Eotech 3X magnifer comes off with a Samson Quick Release, as does the PVS-14.

Here is a night pic from my stand, it is 225 yards out to that live oak tree on the far side with my feeder and game cam.

Pitch dark, stormy, and ready to rain:

NIGHT

You still have some unused top rail at the front. I suggest one of these:

Thanks for that suggestion, Chris.

I have a LDI DBAL-D2 and a DBAL-I2 on order that I should be receiving later this month to finish this off, as well as add the DBAL-I2 to my other SIG for use with the PVS-14 mounted to my helmet.

The Eotech 3X Magnifier creates too much parallax from bending too many light waves, so I am getting a PVS-14 3X magnifier instead, which is more lightweight and does not take up hardly any rail space.

I took it out last night and shot some targets at 225 in the dark and managed to get ten rounds in a five inch circle, which is plenty good for swine removal, but I think I can do better than that, so will work on some improvements later this month.

The DBAL-I2 is also an incredible night sight.

The Green 532nm Visible Laser is pinpoint out to 100 yards in broad daylight and at dawn or dusk does great out to 350 yards and and further than you can see at night.

The Infrared 850nm laser does the same except it is even way stronger and can only be seen using NV gear, so everything is 100% invisible except to the NV gear.

No sooner do I get this laser dialed in target shooting today than a nice boar hog about 275 pounds shows up right after dark, one laser sighted round @ 175 yards bring home the bacon...

Man I am liking this DBAL-I2!!!!

this my friend is very very cool. When I get out of the army I would like to grab up a set of 14s depending on the local laws on hunting at night with them. Most states seem to be ok with predators and varmint.

The green aiming laser and Olight M3-X work extremely well out to 225 yards, able to shoot a ten round group <5" diameter using just the laser, no scope, sights, or NV equipment, just the laser and flashlight.

NV Eotech with ITT PVS-14 Pinnacle Night Enforcer

Eotech @ 225 with no magnification

Eotech @ 225 yards with 3X Mag on super dark night

Eotech @225 yards with 3X Mag with Olight M-20 Crimson Red LED spill

Next up will be invisible 850nm IR Illuminator....
