Sig 516 rifle recall - Page 1

[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Sig 516 rifle recall

Anyone else notified that their rifle is being recalled. Just found out today. My local gun store informed me that i would be contacted by Sig with return info. All the LGS knows is that interal parts will be replaced. I didn't get a chance to shoot it before being notified.

My $1 is on the bolt carrier, the LWRC lawsuit it probably causing this.
I would not send it in unless you know for sure what is being replaced and why
you might have rare bird if that is the case.
