IIRC 41F says that notification will be made by sending a copy of the form and/or the responsible person form for entities. |

Sample New Form with CLEO Notification Instructions: Sample Form 4 Keep in mind FFL/SOTs have no need to every touch a Form 1 in 99% of cases. |
