Has anyone had any interaction with the ATF regarding 80% lowers and having an FFL? I am in the process of getting my FFL01 and have a couple finished out 80%’s built up in my collection. I understand that it is perfectly legal to have them but are there any considerations I need to make?

My concern is how it may be viewed by the interviewer and trying to anticipate any special requirements I may need to put into place to keep it from being an issue.

I am not an FFL, but as long as you don't build them to sell them I don't see an issue

They are just legal guns in your collection. Nothing to see here.

How in the world would the interviewer even know?
