Did you mean 100% complete lowers?  Or blocks of Aluminum  (0% complete)?

I was hoping to find raw forgings with the major flash removed, no other machine work done.

Dayum. I have a box full of 7075-T6 forgings, but I had to pay $35 a pop last year.

What 8-12 months will do... Everyone was sky high then,  now they are pretty much giving stuff away...

I don't remember where I got them but I bought 6 %80 receivers for $39.00 ea. a few months ago ( I will have to check my records) I have made one from a 0% forging never again. The 0% ers were $25.00 from DSA but they have gone up to $35.00. four bucks more for a 80%, do the math it is not worth it. I know there are about 50 pages of instruction to take a 0% to completion.
