Total time took about 90 days, which I expected, as I live on the Big Island of Hawaii and the local ATF office is on Oahu and the IOI had to fly out here for the day. Interview was very pleasant. More of a seminar on the procedures and practices of firearms business than anything. Contrary to popular opinion the ATF do want people to succeed in business (at least my IOI did), they just want you to be accountable which I can respect. I am a firm believer in personal accountability and responsibility.

I did go with the 07 as I am pretty good at building AR's (no where near the quality of some of those here but I am still training/learning everyday) and my business model is far more lucrative even with paying the ITAR and DOJ taxes.
