Call IWI, i believe they are the only source now, and they will have you send in your rifle to have the bolt headspaced.

They list a few authorized dealers.
I used CopperCustom in Indiana - same guy from MAC channel. They are required by Tavor to do first conversion of bolt for liability reasons. Had to ship them the rifle. After that, you can convert back and forth as you please... |

Is head spacing different on a Tavor if running 5.56 or is this strictly a liability thing?

Corporate liability thing.
Mere formality. Just noticed BULLPUP ARMORY now has the Tavor bolts and is now authorized to do the conversions. |
