2 owners with less than 100 rounds through it...supposedly.  I'm not a big fan of black.

what would you guys pay?

than can be had new at 1600 so depending on what comes with it to buy a weapon that you dont know whats been done to it and in a color you dont want I would say it would need to be cheep lol. 1100-1200 bucks

This.  Third owner??? Sounds like a serious WTF to me - I'd go new and get exactly what you want.

$1350 private party, no sales tax, no shipping?  I might think about it, especially if he's throwing in some extras but if you really want a different color then I'm not sure it is the deal for you.

Has this gun perchance been Bubba gunsmithed?
I ask because last week at the range, the guy two benches over blew the muzzle brake off his "new" rifle, a Mini 14 bullpup conversion.
He was pretty rattled.
