Has anyone tried to shoot their Tavor for accuracy to see what the rifle is capable of?  I would love to know if someone has scoped their Tavor, and ran Black Hills or Federal Premium ammo shooting five round groups.  I see lots of mention of shooting 2-4" using Milspec ammo, which is what it was designed for.  I am thinking if it is accurate enough, the Tavor could make a cool Coyote gun.

Don't own one yet, but borrowed a 16", mounted a leupold 6.5X20, and shot a group with my Sierra 77gr/Varget load that I am having trouble believing.
8 rounds in 1-1/4", with two more an inch out.  This is with the stock trigger and springs.  I had a fairly good bag rest, and used the "chicken choking" trigger technique.
Here's the thing:  This was at 200 yards!

If you want better accuracy a replacement trigger makes that goal easier. I replaced my stock trigger with a TAV-D and its MUCH easier to fire accurately,
Bullpups and the Tavor are not easy or forgiving firearms to shoot for accuracy off the bench so your form and consistence make a big difference over an AR platform that is far easier to shoot off a bench.

My 100 yard groups using a 4X Elcan scope , Tavor with upgraded trigger and a true mixture of ammo I had laying around.
50.52,55,65 & 69 grain ammo mixed and fired from the same magazine.

My hand-loaded 69 Sierra's do MOA easily and my Tavor throws all weight ammo in the same general space.
4X is not a lot of glass for firing tiny groups.

I was under  the impression  that the tavor  was ambidextrous  adjustable  by the user. It has to be sent to iwi?
