THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
like the title says i just picked up a ps90 and I'm needing some help choosing what type of optic to use. it does have the tri rail so anything picatinny mountable will work. I'm kinda leaning toward a trijicon rmr or a j-point type micro dot. let me know if you have any other suggestions. my budget is around $500.

I've got a full size Aimpoint on a Larue mount. It works, but if you can afford the micro or something smaller that would be a better/lighter set up.

Be sure to check the pics in the FN forum here.

I have a Trijicon RMR on one of mine (the other has the factory optic with the Rem-T3 extra illumination) and I'm very happy with it.

I have switched an Eotech on there occasionally, which is nice because it's a bit faster for me, but the RMR is smaller, so I generally stick with that.

T1 2MOA version...I had the 4MOA version on my PS90. The Trijicon RMR dot size is too large.

Get the Primary Arms Micro Dot its a knock off of the T-1 with great reviews. For how often I even shoot mine its more then good enough. Then spend the rest of your money on SBRing it.

With the Primary Arms Micro dot , should I get the fixed base or the removable base model ? I am getting a PS90 standard with a 1913 rail on top. Are the micro dot designs really better for the PS90 than the little rmr type red dots like the Primary arms green dot or the Burris red dot ? Thanks.

I just bought an Aimpoint C3 and a TROS low mount for my PS90 USG, should have by Monday and will post a pic.

I have my black factory reticule for sale.

Not my pic, but mine is a SBR with a factory style flash hider.

I got the one without the riser and I think it works for me perfectly. You could get the riser and I believe you can take it off if you don't like it. I also have the Tri-Rail version. I can try and get a picture this weekend. I am surprised I could not find one on Google already.

Haven't gotten a chance to get mine out and snap a picture but here is a pic I found that is almost exactly what mine looks like. This is a Real Aimpoint Micro VS the Primary arms one I have but same size/shape.

OC001 ,
Thanks for the pic. That looks pretty good to me. I'm not rich , so the Primary Arms microdot might be the way I go. Thanks.
