Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Federal GM AR match primers vs standard GM SR primers

In reading on these, the only difference I can tell is a harder cup.  Has anyone tried these in other firearms?  I want some match SR primers and the 205M are OOS everywhere.  Specifically, other than an AR, I would also use these in a Remington Model 7 and a TC Contender.  Will those weapons bust the cap on the AR match primers?
