I want to push them, because...there Gold Dots not paper punchers.

Shooting in older glock22.
I havent noticed any bulged cases as most everyone talk about.

Some kind of Speer factory load clone would be great.

Speer lists their 180gr gd load @ 1025fps

You want to get some real horsepower behind those 180gr gd's???
Buy a # of longshot, 7.5gr of longshot pushing a 180gr jacketed hp is getting 1,150fps from a 4" bbl.

Try 6.0 grains of Power Pistol. It's not too hot, will cycle reliably and net around 950 fps.

4.2gr Titegroup  and 180 Gold Dot here, run G-22 with no issue.. mine loaded in SPEER nickel cases

Trying to figure out sights currently

Power Pistol will deliver positive results albeit with a louder sound and slight muzzle flash.

The  Glocked brass thing is old...I shoot a Gen 3 22 RTF and never have problems.


Gold Dots have a proven track record and are a great bullet.

Alliant web site shows 7.2 grains of PP with the 180 GD.
