Not much info/experience with this powder anywhere beyond the powder company, so here I go. Its a fast powder, so I am thinking 40 to 55 gr bullets in 223.

Sierra 52 gr SMK is my first choice to work with because they have an excellent reputation and I have 1200 on the shelf

Wolf SRM primers because some smart people tell me milder is better with extruded powders. I will probably rerun these test later with Fed 205M and Rem 71/2.

I want to start with a velocity between 2950fps and 3100fps because that range has shot best with this bullet in the past. so I choose 20.6gr (westerns starting load), 21 gr, and 21.5 gr for a trial run. I load up 10 rounds of each and take them with me to test some 600 yard loads.

Time was short, so I only shot 1 group with each load, then went back and shot the best load again.

20.6 gr 0.920"
21.0 gr 0.636" and 0.697" for an ave of 0.667
21.5 gr 0.860"

Ave for all three loads tested was 0.78" I shot my chronograph, so no velocity info.
