I did a quick bing check and got squat. It is longer than 44 Special. Useful or useless?

As usual, dryflash3 seems to have it figured out. Hopefully the pic confirms it. The 5.56 round to the left is just a interesting round I found in the bucket....might indicate a problem? lol

The nickel shells are 44 special and 44 magnum. The 3 brass are all 44W. Yes, a bit of bottleneck....so 44-40 it is?

I guess they saved money by just imprinting the W over the -40?
