So I got some of that Lymann treated walnut stuff with rouge. It cleans the shit out of them cases in about 20 minutes but I have to run the brass through hot water and dish soap to get the rouge off because i am affraid of what it might do to my rifle..Question: After reaming primer pockets how would one know if a primer pocket is too loose?

You can tell when you seat the primer. It's a feel thing.
There should be some resistance, but the primer goes right in and you should be able to feel it bottom out.
If primer slips in with no resistance, scrap that case. That's a loose primer pocket.
You have what I call "Lyman red death", the worst media you can buy.
Best removal is by wet tumbling.
To use it up, buy some
plain walnut and mix it 1 part "Lyman red death" to 2 parts plain walnut.
Place 3 or 4 dryer sheets in media to help absorb some excess dust.
Lesson learned, don't buy again.
