Im reloading for a .308 sps tactical. I have fgmm primers, federal brass,168 grain a-max and imr 4064. I can't find exact load data for this combo. I have found data close. I've loaded a few rounds at 41 and 41.5 grains. No signs of pressure. I don't have a chronograph to get velocity. Should I keep increasing my charge in half grain increments til I start getting pressure signs while checking accuracy? I'm not a complete novice but never done much load development.

Hornady has it listed in their 9th edition under service rifle, 36.1 start, 41.6 max with a COL as 2.800, around 2500 fps

41.6 is EXTREMELY light.  I run mine at 43.0gr IMR 4064 and get around 2650-2670 fps with no pressure signs in a 26" Rem 700 SPS varmint.

Hodgdon's reloading data has the starting charge at 41.5 and max at 45.9 for the 168 SMK.

Standard accuracy load with 168 grain match bullets in .308 is usually stated around 42.0 or 42.5 grains of IMR-4064. Weigh each charge, IMR-4064 sucks when thrown from a measure. Lower this charge by at least 1.0 full grain if you use surplus military brass (Lake City, IMI, etc. empty unprimed cases weigh close to 180 grains).

With Imr4064 in a measure, I just power through the crunch and trickle up.   You will have to weigh each charge.

I started with 43 grain of IMR4064 using 2.88" as my OAL. I then worked the load to 44 grain using 2.955" OAL in Lapua brass. I use FED 210 primers and Hornady Amax 168's. I worked this up at 2/10 grain at a time watching for any signs of problems. My first 10 shots of the 44 grain on steel at 500 yards out of my Rem SPS 26" Varm:

First shot was high left cold bore. Next nine grouped pretty good.

I found some varget at the lgs yesterday so the 4064 is on the back shelf for a while. I did notice though that some of the federal brass I had shot from 168 fgmm has ejector/flow marks on them. Not extremely pronounced but enough to notice. Is it ok to still use or should I cull this brass

I would say that if the brass is not damaged to the point of breakage to try using it again.
