Broke this piece on my Hornady LNL AP the other day.
Attached File I found the piece on Thingiverse and was able to 3D print a couple replacements at work today. Works great. Attached File Attached File |

Ordered 2 lbs of Accurate 1680 and 8 lbs of TAC from Powder Valley for $179 shipped.
No HazMat sale going on through midnight tomorrow, but their new website is confusing. It still charges HazMat with the code, but reduces the price of the powder to cover it. |

I unloaded some 45s at the range and picked up a lot of extra brass. I bought 1k CCI 550 primers and a lb of W296 to start working up 357 loads.

Deprimed 100 44 mag cases I got at the funshow last weekend for $5.
Also the 10, 243 cases I will turn into 45 ACP shotshells. Get them into the wet tumbler tomorrow night. |

Finally got the strong mount for the Square Deal I picked up used. Knocked out 50 rounds of 38 special, 148 dewc to figure out how to work this new fangled machine. I only had about 300 of those left over - so I'm using them as guinea pigs. So far - so good.

Received 2,400 .40 S&W brass. That should keep me busy for a few days. Expecting 9mm and .40 bullets to show up tomorrow. BATFE charged my CC for the Type 2 FFL today.

Installed the 38/357 conversion kit, casefeeder plate, and sizing die in my 650. Tomorrow, I plan on deprime/resizing my supply of 357 brass so I can wet tumble it all sometime this weekend.

Doing the shopping around for a 650 setup. Love my lee turret press but I am outgrowing it quickly.
Shopping around for some 38/357, 45 ACP, and 40 S&W projectiles. Trying to decide if I want to go with Bayou coated again or jacketed. No real reason for the dilemma just something that keeps popping into my head. Popped out a ton of primers and sorted brass from the last few range trips. Still have a full five gallon bucket plus half the one I was working on, at least that half is sorted into calibers based on if it fell through the sorting bins or stayed in. |

Bought 500 RMR 55gr bullets as well as 500 of their 124gr fmj.

Haven't loaded in 7 weeks... my kids have been here and I've been mentally invested in them. They went home yesterday...
I cleaned the garage and loading area... Resized and cleaned 231 22 TCM (lake city 556 blanks converted) cases. Then loaded 231 of those cases with 40g armscor projectiles over 10g of h110 and cci small pistol primers. Deprimed and wet tumbled 31 wolf gold and 31 lake city mixed year 556 cases for a future test in my other thread. Started drinking too early to do anymore... |

Got my 7.62x40 WT gage today and checked the brass I did a little while ago.. Plunk... shoulder is pushed back way too far.. So grabbed 500 of them and fired up the Mark 7 autodrive and cut them all down to 300 Blackout. What a waste of a day..

Loaded 600 rounds 147gr Acme 9mm, which I'm sure will be gone by the weekend
It amazes me how much and how often I shoot now.. reloading really is the best thing that can happen to anyone that loves guns Couldn't have wasted all this money without the help I got here lol |

I placed an order for an LED lighting kit from Inline Fabrication. I'm tired of having to keep a flashlight beside the press, or trying to jury rig enough light to have good visibility of what I'm doing.

I hit a reloaders' gold mine today.
For the last 6-8 months a friends sister kept asking me if I was interested in buying her husbands reloading stuff. I asked what he had and she said,''I dunno, lots of stuff. There's empty cases, bullets, gunpowder, lead...all kinds of stuff. He bought all of it to start reloading but never got around to it''. I figured, being a woman who doesn't know much about guns or reloading she thinks there's a lot of good stuff but it's most likely just a bunch of once fired brass and a few bullets so I kept putting her off. Finally, yesterday I said I'll take a look tomorrow. I went there and she kept pulling out box after box saying ''wait, there's more!'' I was amazed. The guy had a LOT of stuff alright. I took it all even though I already have many of these items, I'm a reloading whore, what can I say? Here's what I got: RCBS Reloader Special 2 press with priming unit, looks like a baby Rockchucker. Cabela's Dry tumbler, case polish and 10 lbs of corncob with sifter tray. 500 Winchester 45ACP cases. 100 Winch. 357 SIG cases. Lee 3 die set in 45ACP. RCBS 3 die set in 38/357 mag. RCBS 3 die set in 44 spcl/mag. Hornady New Dimension 3 die set in 357 SIG. RCBS 2 die set in 270 Win. RCBS Uniflow powder measure with large and small chambers. RCBS 5-10 scale. RCBS Powder Trickler and hammer style bullet puller. Mitutoyo calipers. Lee Auto-Prime hand primer, large and small trays. The good, old round ones. 1000 Winch. 230gr FMJ bullets. 2500 Winch. primers both large and small pistol. 500 CCI large pistol magnum primers. Various RCBS shellholders, loading block, lube pad and lube, powder funnel. 1 lb Herc. 2400 powder. 1 lb H-4831 powder. 1 lb Universal Clays powder. All this stuff is still in the original boxes and bags, sealed, unused and un-opened, not a flake of rust on anything. Plus there's various small boxes of bullets, empty ammo boxes with plastic trays, 10 lbs of cast lead bullets that were fired and dug out of his dirt pile, a 1 gallon bucket of brass ( 9mm, 38, 45 ACP) and some other stuff I haven't looked at real good. We haggled a good price, I didn't steal it from him but I got about $900 worth of good stuff for $425. I'm happy, he's happy to get rid of it and get some cash. Now I have some 2400 for my 7.62x39 cast loads, which I've been looking for for a while. I think I did OK. I wish I could post pics but PhotoTrashBucket doesn't work anymore. |

MY RIGHT ARM HURTS!
Loaded 600 rounds of .40 S&W and 300 rounds of .45 Auto on the 550. I found the problem with primer seating. Make sure that the positioning spring is adjusted absolutely correctly. Mine was just a little off and caused the case to be canted ever so slightly. I love that CRUNCHY sound when seating a primer. NOT!!! |

Did a load work up of 36 rounds for my 300 RSAUM with 200g Sierra Game Kings over H4350 (Which I bought a few days ago and got completely robbed...) over some Federal GMM primers.
But first, I uniformed primer pockets and inspected the brass. I hope these shoot good. I have hundreds of the 200g SGKs... |

Finally finished resuscitating a Lee Pro 1000 I got very inexpensively. Needed a good cleaning, tuning, fixing and some new parts that arrived today that the fine folks at Lee sent for free.
It was initially set-up to reload .38 Special/.357 but I converted it to .223. |

I sized/ lubed 500 250gr bullets for my .45 black powder cartridges.

Loaded 500 9mm of RMR's new 124gr FMJ's over 4.2grns of Titegroup. Need to grab some more powder to load up some 223.

Loaded 162 rounds of 77g SMK over 23.1g of CFE223 over CCI450s.
45 were for a control group 57 were for a test I am hoping to wrap up soon and 60 were for a new test I just started. |

Picked up a pound of Eastwood Light Ford Blue powder and tried it out tonight on the last of the 200 gr SWCs I had cast this past winter. This powder covers great doing shake n bake.
End up with about 550 coated and sized when I finished up. |

Processed/cleaned a gallon ziplock of 9mm, loading up some test loads in a bit.

I love my beautiful hot wife ??

Over the last few days tumbled about 500 cases of 308, 223, 9mm and 45. I'm seriously low on completed 45 rounds so I need to step things up and knock out a 2k run pretty soon.

Picked up 1K CCI 41 primers at the gun show for $34. Should have probably bought more, but the same table always has them for that price.

Finally finished my oddball run of 38 special DEWC in 148gr I'm using to learn this new to me Dillon SDB. Just a few hundred, but then I started switching over to 9mm. If I can figure that out, I'll run a thousand or so and then jump over to 45acp.
Also sorted through a little over 5 gallons of brass - just 500 gallons to go - lol. |

Hope it works then I won't have to buy a special trimmer. |

Pulled 100 223 rounds I had made a year ago and salvaged the CFE223 and the 60g Vmax bullets. The primers will be used for shooting 22 cal pellets out of my 22 TCM 1911.
Then I resized the brass as it was about .009 too big on the head space to function in my new AR. They are tumbling now. BTW, today was my first time ever using a collet puller, HOLY COW! Way better than an impact puller! And cleaner. Do not know how I did it for years. |
